apex003
Can any of you NC owners, particularly the 6g owners, give advise on how you get the best digital pics of your cubes? I've found it to be somewhat difficult because the stock lights aren't really enough to get good shots without a flash, and with the flash on you get a lot of reflection off the glass even if you cover the flash to prevent direct light. Do I need a brighter ambient light source coming from the top and/or sides to get good pics? Link to comment
artarmon42
slower exposure, using a tripod or some other place to rest the camera so that the camera doesn't shake and blur the picture. standard photography stuff, nothing to do with nano cubes Link to comment
EtOH_is_good
to remove glass reflections cover the camera and tank with dark material. i use a lightweight airplane blanket. also as suggested use a tripod. low light situations demand the use of a tripod. using the the camera timer in conjunction will remove camera shake from button pushing. and then there's white balance to learn about.
