BigE22
I have a question regarding the nano cube cracks that have been occuring so often. I recently set mine up and it seems that a lot of people have theirs running and are becoming more and more worried with each report of a cracking tank. It also seems that big cracks in which a large piece of glass are dislodged(as with SNierbo's case) seem to be common. I recall that 3M made a clear product that was applied to a car's hood and fenders in the same way tinting is applied to windows that was designed to prevent knicks and scratched from road debris. I don't know too much about glass, but if this product were applied to the front glass on the tanks, I was thinking it might give us added security in the event of a crack in terms of maybe holding water for a little while and holding the glass in place so that livestock could be saved. Just curious if this would be a possibility or not. Link to comment
