d_icemand Posted May 24, 2005 Share Posted May 24, 2005 what is everyone using for heater in their 24 jbj nano? ive changed the pump to a hydor L35 but it doesnt take up much more room in that 3rd chamber. whats the best brand? best buy? suggestions/comments? Link to comment

doncb Posted May 24, 2005 Share Posted May 24, 2005 I've got a 150w Ebo-Jager in bay 3 of my 24g NC. Works fine. I have seen posts that the newer "Jagers" are different than the older ones. Something about quality or reliability. Link to comment
tam Posted May 24, 2005 Share Posted May 24, 2005 From what I know, Jager sold out to Eheim and they aren't producing the greatest quality heater anymore. All hearsay I heard at the LFS I used to work at, but I'd guess it's reliable since the owner goes to Germany like 4 times a year. Link to comment
