how long until ammonia starts showing up?

everything has been in place with my 37 gallon reef for 5 days, including the 40lbs. live rock and 40 lbs live sand(argonite?). added frtiz turbostart on day one. started up ac remora skimmer 48 hours later. tested water lastnight (day 5) and ammonia is at 0. nitrates/nitrites also flat. running my outer-orbit flight ixture with 6 hours actinics, and 2 hours MH per day. when should i expect to see some ammonia?

soon, you always hear people saying their tank cycled in a week or two, be patient, my tank took 6 weeks to cycle.

You may have cycled already, or you may be yet to cycle. Be patient and wait another week.. if you still have no readings, feel free to start your stocking lightly.
