Jebo 13w UV sterilizer on ebay?

There are many Jebo 13w UV sterilizer on ebay sells cheap, like starting $1. Are they any good? What price would be worth to get? I don't want to spend too much $$. Thanks

Expect to pay over $100 for a UV sterolizer with a 13 watt bulb, just a heads up (or maybe it'll be less since it's on eBay and it's made by Jebo).

NO JEBO IS A CRAPY BRAND MY LFS SELL THAT UV FOR $40. THEY ALSO HAVE VIA AQUA WHICH I THINK IS A BIT BETTER BUT NOT BY MUCH FOR $60.

btw i have a 9watt on my 1000gal pond called laguna which has been very good to me for the past 4 years. Paid $50 for it on ebay awhile back.
