neanderthalman
Well, I got some new frags on the weekend, and then overnight my mushroom died and crashed my tank. I lost my hermits and my new xenia frag. I did, finally, figure out why the mushroom had closed up for weeks now. A tiny anenome was tearing it apart. It was so small that I couldn't see the tentacles until I pulled the rock out of the tank. I nearly pulled the mushroom out of the tank when I put in the new frags, just in case it died. I wish I had trusted myself and gotten rid of it then, I would have avoided the crash altogether. It's incredible how fast parameters can change in a pico...wow. I wonder how much a 20 ga refugium would cost me....... Link to comment
Daemonfly
Yeah, thats the downside to nanos/picos. Things can happen too fast. But.... also a LOT cheaper to restart! Link to comment
