Guru_Del
I am just starting my tank so I have no plans of putting in a clam anytime soon however I was wondering if 2x36 1 day light 1 actinic would work for a clam if so what type? If possible i would like a maxima but would be happy with any. I am planning on 20 lbs LS ~15 LB LR and clean up crew no plan for fish yet. Thanks, Vince Oh yeah btw what is a good test kit? printerdown01
Not saying that it isn't possible (so don't read that into this post), but I havn't seen anyone do this. If it were a 12 gallon or a 10 I would be able to better assist you (as I see more of them). I can tell you that IN MY OPINION a squamosa or a gold maxima look like decent possibilities. (the blues however do require more lighting). Link to comment
Physh1
I think a gold/brown derasa or squamosa would do alright. No blues/purples or anything exotic like that though. What kinda test kits are you looking for? Cameron Link to comment
