Beegee
Hey... I came back to work on monday, and my firefish goby's dorsal was shredded. The middle of it was completely gone, and i could see bone. Now the rest of the fin is gone, except for about 5mm near his body...The bones are still there, and he's not acting any different than before. Other than the missing fin, he's healthy, and it doesn't seem to be getting worse. My parameters are good, except I've been having trouble getting my nitrates down...they're stuck at 10ppm. What could be causing this? The only other ihabitants are a cleaner shrimp, hermits, and snails. The cleaner shrimp chases him around sometimes....do you think maybe he caught him once? Thanks! Tempest
He may have got it caught in something (rockwork, powerhead) or something may have caught it (crab, over zealous cleaner shrimp). Link to comment
Beegee
could it grow back? Link to comment
