Sick Clowns?

I bought two clownfish about 3 days ago. They both have stringy white/cotton looking stuff hanging from them, mainly around the head and fins. They are both still eating and very active.

Ammonia - 0

Nitrite - 0

Nitrate - 5 ppm

Temp - 78.0

 

I also have 4 turbo snails and 1 green emerald crab, which all seem to be doing fine.

 

I have some melafix, can I possibly treat this with it?
