I was wondering. Are you folks using computer software to track your tank activities?

 

I'm thinking this would be a great help in keeping an accurate report of what you have going on.

 

I'm familiar with Maquarium for the Macintosh, but how about the PC? What are you guys using?

i dont use anything like that...im not really that interested in seeing the progression and stuff. i pretty much do it as i go along and dont look back. i guess htis could bite me in the a$$ someday when i dont know what went wrong. it is probably a good idea maybe ill look into it.

I keep a log of all changes, coral purchase, water parameter tests etc, right down to even hermits and snails as well as hitchhikers.

 

I guess its helpful in the long run and I find it ineresting to see the progression.

 

I just use MS Excel.

 

I also have Aquarium Manager.  This is a free software for the PC.  Its really good and you can input all kinds of data.
