new lighting question

i upgraded my lighting to 2*36 watt t5 yesterday, i got back from work this evening and now i have millions of bubbles all over the live rock is this normal

I think the stonger light causes the algy to adjust by making more oxygen or raising its oxygen production. Once at a certain level the bubbles will go away. Use plenty of water flow as well.
