Dwarfpufferfish
Okay, so in about a week or so I am going to buy my first zoos. I have read around the board about the best ways to attach them to the rock and I am confused. Some say use "super glue". I thought "super glue", you know the stuff you buy at Walmart, was toxic??? Anyway, if somebody would be so kind as to tell me how to attach corals to rocks that would be great! Link to comment
calvin415
I use Superglue with no problems. I use it on leathers, Zoos, and star polyps. Take your rock out of the water for better results, dry the spot slightly and dry the zoo slightly. Put just a couple drops of Super Glue on the zoo and place it on the rock. Let the glue setup and put it back in the water. Super Glue bonds very well to skin (it's orginal purpose was a quick medical solution) so try to wear gloves with glueing, or for that matter when ever you touch a zoo. Link to comment
Heather_H
Also.... be careful not to glue the zoo's together like I did by accident once ...the glue was on my hand and I didnt realize it, when I went to put the zoo in the tank I glued the whole top of the frag together!!! Link to comment

matt the fiddler
super glue is and was first a medication made by the army, to temp seal wounds. don't worry about it. no chemicals will leach as long as it is the GEL.. .. it is auctually a really good surface for catching coraline growth.
