supernip Posted October 31, 2004 Share Posted October 31, 2004 I'm looking for a return pump for my tank. I cant decide between a pan world 30hd-x/ bl1100 or a sequence reeflo dart. The biggest concern is the noise. so what do you think? any recommendations for a return pump thats really quiet? preferably external. k thanks Link to comment

My tank is an 18inch cube, so the area under the stand isnt that big. my sump has a 9x9 square taken up by my skimmer and a refugium area as well. So yeah, I dunno if I could fit an adequate eheim in there. any other suggestions? Link to comment

Dr. Saltwater Posted October 31, 2004 Share Posted October 31, 2004 What's the size you have left in the sump? If you have enough use an Eheim return pump. If the distance between tank and sump isn't to high you could look for a very strong pumping powerhead. Link to comment
