Please suggest a suitable light to grow mushroom corals in a shallow tank

Hello fellow reefers!

 

I have a shallow tank, and the dimensions are: 

 

Length: 23 inches

Width: 14 inches

Height: 7 inches

 

I wanted to create a lagoon style, mushroom dominated reef. I want to stay on the budget, could you please suggest me lights that I can use to grow mushroom corals?

 

I live in Pakistan and for me AliExpress is the only way to get budget lights. I checked Asta 20 but I’m not sure.
