deadendruss
Update on the leak. I found it. It was at the back right corner of the tank in the sump area. I was able to remove the water from the sump area and still keep the water in the tank. I then added some reef putty that you use to attach coral to rocks and put some flex tape on the outside of the where the leak was coming from. I was able to keep the water moving and warm as I moved the heater from the sump to the tank. After about 12 hours I filled up the sump again and no leak. All corals survived and look to be in good shape. The only loss I had was the firefish goby jumped out as I had the top off and did not see it till it was too late. May Needles rest in peace. It has been leak free since and happy to say I have some coralline algae growing. 1 Quote Link to comment

As a recent Evo tank owner, enjoyable seeing what others did with its space. Quote Link to comment

Everything else seemed to be growing, but that one seemed to be retracting. It was a frag off a much larger piece form my LFS. I then realized the light it received at the LFS was much less than what I was providing. Once I moved it to that corner on that shelf it really started to open up more and in the last month has started to grow a bit. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07STQNZ5R?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 1 Quote Link to comment

I am thinking ill eventually need to frag it to keep it under control. If anyone wants any, just let me know. Quote Link to comment
