RickvD
Hello everyone, I'm working on a nano AIO tank. It's a 6,6 gallon tank (15,7x9,8x9,8 inches). A small part of this tank will be the filter which is going to have an Sicce Syncra nano. Am I going to need an extra wavemaker? I can get a Sicce Voyager nano for cheap, but if I won't need it, it will save me the trip. Quote Link to comment
seabass
30 times turnover would be about 200 gph. Without a pump in the display area, you'd want two nozzles to help direct and break up the flow. There is some advantage with having a redundant flow supply. If one pump stops working, the other will make sure your tank doesn't crash. It also helps prevent low flow areas and creates random currents. That said, such a small tank should be fine with just a return pump. Quote Link to comment
