Sicce pump - Can't connect and it's doing pulse only then stop

So I just wanted to clean my pump (regret...) and now I can't connect to the pump, it asks a password, tried sicceitaly, doesn't work, have no clue what else I can do.

And via their manual controller (cringe) it only makes pulse then eventually stop.

 

I'm unable at this time to contact Sicce, it will take 4 days at least before they reply and I'm using a backup pump meanwhile (god thx I save it in case)

 

If anyone has a clue please let me know, thank you
