An ITC Reefculture team member will email you a form and shipping instructions. You will ship the device's body (do not include battery) and the completed form to CoralVue. Shipping window is between February 6-17, 2023. Upgrades will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks after shipment has been received from CoralVue to the United Kingdom. A CoralVue team member will contact you to confirm your shipping address and collect the return shipping payment. *You are only responsible for shipping costs to and from CoralVue. What Happens to Your Device Once It Arrives at CoralVue? CoralVue will collect all the devices within the shipping window of February 6-17, 2023.
