High phosphate, high nitrate?

100ltr redsea all in one tank, 9 month old 6 fish good clean up crew various soft and hard corals no detritus just a bit on sand sorry. Vacuum and water change weekly 20 % my parameters are good checked by me hana and my shop. My phosphate and nitrate are very high I have been dosing reef elements z carboplus 1 ml for a week, no change phosphate. 62ppm nitrate 43.8ppm .also using rowa phos changing twice a week. I do have a bag of matrix media under skimmer, another bag in outlet chamber different type can't remember name will this affect it??.I only feed frozen food any help please

Is there anything wrong with the tank or your corals?   If not, I'd stop trying to control nutrient levels the way you are.  At least in the pic things look pretty good!  

 

For what it's worth, my tank's nutrient levels are MUCH higher than yours and everything is fine.....so don't panic just because of some numbers.  👍

 

The only exceptions, where you could want to make some short term changes, are if you are overfeeding or if the tank is overstocked (which will cause you to overfeed the tank).

 

Here's my thinking:

 

6 fish in 100 liters (25 gallons) sounds like you might be overstocked.  

 

At 9 months old, it's definitely a lot of fish for the tank's age.  

 

Too much; too soon.  

 

It's all too easy to do that when stocking a very small tank like that.

 

BTW, is this the same tank that was 9 months old back in October?  Or the one that is 7 months old? 😉
