Toad stall mushroom sad

100ltr nano tank 9 month old ,parameters all good. He has shed a few times, no problems. Now he's folded over looking bad is this ok been like it for about a week now. Been in the tank from the beginning what do I do any help appreciated.

Listing actual parameters would be a good start. I wouldn't be too worried though, everything else looks to be doing well in there. I've had leathers sulk for months and still stay alive

If something is touching it it may be getting irritated too. If the gsp is growi g on it it may be annoyed. Mine leans away from my gsp I've noticed.
