Clownfish tail damage

I got this clown, and a slightly bigger black clown, a bit ago and this smaller one has some damage to his tail that I'm wondering about.

Could it be from the bigge clown nipping it for dominance, or does it look like a disease?

I'm leaning towards a bacterial infection of some sort (maybe even sparked by the harassment).  @Humblefish, do you agree, and what would be the best way to treat it?

I agree. Since the damage looks mild; I feel vitamins, probiotics & Beta-glucan in the feed should boost the fish's immune system enough to help heal the damage:

You can also dose Seachem Stressguard (reef safe) in the water for minor fin damage like this. However, if the damage is being caused by the other clownfish then nothing will help with that except to separate them.

In the time you have had them, what behavior have you seen between them?

Orange one is more timid, black one will push it out of the way for food. They sleep together and escort each other around the tank nicely, however. Does seem overly aggressive so I wasn't sure if it was fighting? Anything I should look for specifically?

Sounds like typical female clownfish dominance.  The smaller (male) should show submission by shaking in front of its mate.  While it sometimes seems mean, the female rarely will hurt its mate.  The only real problems happen when there are two females, or two juveniles which are similar in size that are competing for dominance.

Besides their different colors, I assume that they are the same species.

This sounds pretty normal from what I have experienced. Not sure if it worth the effort in your case. I have had very good luck when any fish in the tank seems too aggressive rearranging the rock scape maybe try to make some small caves that a fish can hide in and look out helped. In my case the new scape made the fish have to reestablish their territory.
