Clownfish Disease ID

Hello. I’ve been googling around and checking forums looking at pictures of ich and velvet and brookynella and I’m pretty sure it’s brook. Just wanted a couple other opinions and ideas where I should go from here. Attaching some pics best showing what I saw.
 

Is there a way to treat without QT? How long do I have before things get serious? I know you’re supposed to cycle your QT tank and I just want to make sure I have time, I don’t wanna lose these guys.

Follow the above for setting up a hospital tank.  But new information disputes the effectiveness of ammonia reducers.  You'd probably be better off using Brightwell's MicrōBacter⁷ daily to introduce a working biofilter in the water column (until it can become established on hard surfaces and the bio-media).

And this looks like brook to you too? Don’t want to treat for brook if it’s ich vice versa. Cant really tell…

Ich and Velvet are usually more speckled.  Velvet looks more like fine sugar, while Ich often looks more like table salt.  Also, Velvet is usually more numerous than Ich.  It's sometimes hard to determine via pics; but yeah, I think it looks most like Brook.

Okay good to know. Ordered Ruby reef rally and I’ll set up a QT tonight. Only thing I’m not finding is anything special I need to do to my DT to treat it? I see 6 weeks fish free but no additives I can put it to ensure it’s gone for good?

Brooklynella is a parasite that feeds on fish.  Without fish present in the display tank, it will starve out in 6 weeks.  Unfortunately, you'll just have to wait it out.

I agree with Brook diagnosis. A 30 minute H2O2 bath will provide temp relief: https://humble.fish/hydrogen-peroxide/

However, as @seabass pointed out you must still go fallow (fishless) in the DT to completely starve it out of there.

Didn’t know ab H2O2, good to know. Since the ruby reef is coming tomorrow I’ll probably just do the bath then QT. I hope it’s enough time…

Well I woke up this morning to check the tank and I can’t seem to find them. I don’t think they made it through the night. 
 

As I have no problem with waiting the 6 weeks to wait for the parasite to die off, I’m starting to wonder if the next pair I get should I treat for brook day one even if I can’t see any signs then qt after? I know people say it’s mandatory to qt any fish you get but I’m not sure if they’re doing a ruby reef bath too even if they aren’t showing signs. Let me know what I should do.

Thanks for that first link I haven’t seen that. I guess I’ll save the ruby reef rally for later and just dose copper with quick cure and observe in the following month. Thanks so much for your help it’s been a long couple of days! So discouraging but I’m determined
