sadie
I fed cyclops in my tank this morning. I unplugged my pumps and went and fed my barn animals. I came in and turned the pumps back on. There is still a little food floating around and I noticed a few pieces in the vile when I was dissolving the solution. Will this give me a false reading? Should I dump it and start again after my pumps have been on for a bit longer? Quote Link to comment
empresto
I've always been curious about this myself. Best way to find out is to take a test with the particulate in the sample and do another test later after the particulate matter has filtered out. If the readings are drastically different, then it matters and probably produces a false reading. Quote Link to comment
sadie
I should have thought of that. I was all done testing and it didn't seem to come back too crazy so I wrote it down with a ? next to it. When I test tomorrow (BEFORE feeding) I'll see what it says. Quote Link to comment
