From what I recall they only do that once they get very large (toadstools do as well actually), definitely have a stem, and the tonga/fiji were considered the same animal (elegans, you can always send a msg to marine farmers and ask if it's the same species). Ya I would assume Tonga would be the same since it’s close to Fiji. No way will I spend $200 for 1” from tidal gardens though. Link to comment
