Durbelethwen
I’m intrigued by the milk conch and conch fish on live aquaria’s diver’s den lately. I have not been able to find much information about milk conchs except the inkling that they are a comparable size to queen conchs. I wonder what sort of tank set up I would need to care for a milk conch and conch fish. Does any one here know about these animals? Quote Link to comment
mcarroll
Never even heard of them. Unless you have prior experience reefing, I'd suggest starting with something more tried-and-true. Good luck! 🙂 Quote Link to comment
DevilDuck
I love conchs but that conch is 7 inches! I think you'll need a 300+ gallon tank with a wide deep sand bed and seagrass minimum. The conchfish is mostly nocturnal, so you won't see much of it. Interesting, oddball for those with giant tanks. Personally, I think these are best left in the ocean. 1 Quote Link to comment
