Lights for a 33g Cube (125L) mostly with soft corals and a BBT Rainbow

Hello, my friends.

Hope you are all okay  

My reef tank (125L / 33 gallon Cube of 50x50x50cm/19.6x19.6x19.6") is running, almost one month of cycling. 

 

I will have only beginner corals, most softs, and a BBT Rainbow Anemone (maaaaybe a torch in the future). What do you think about the Maxspect Jump MJ-L165 Blue? Seems good to me, to my purpose... I'm currently with a AI Prime borrowed from a friend while cycling, but the WiFi Control is not 100% functional.

I was thinking about getting a pair of Zetlight ZA-1201 for my reeftank, for a start, but they are too weak...

Tons of good options out there, including what you've mentioned....not many bad ones.   Do you have a local reef shop that carries anything?

For what it's worth, Maxspect is fairly expensive here too – can you get a good price on them there?  I have an old Maxspect Razor 160w fixture (three light pods) and it was very good while I was using it.

 

(I just noticed there's a single Maxspect listed on Ali, guessing that's what you meant.....looks like a good fit for your tank size.  Is there a return policy that's acceptable to you?)
