emmysnewtank
We are picking up some LPS corals from a private seller (hammer, torch, candy cane, mushrooms...) but he has some algae issues, specifically bubble algae. Planning on dipping in H202 solution and then Revive and making sure to remove any bubbles we see. Any thoughts on how else to prevent anything from getting into a tank we finally have clean? I don't have a QT space unfortunately... Quote Link to comment
mcarroll
Better to rethink the acquisition....find a better seller that doesn't have those problems. Another consideration is that he's just lazy. There's no reason to assume that just because he has algae that his frags will give your tank algae. If the frags are ugly with algae, let him keep them. If they look clean, then I would avoid dipping at all. Quote Link to comment
