What leather is this

Picked up a leather from my lfs today the owner did not know what type it was. Any ideas? Please let me know if u need better photos and some basic care would be good like flow and stuff.

Yeah it cost a pretty penny. I am hoping it will take over the entire frag rack to make use of it

I love cespitularia but in my tank it spread worse than Xenia so just be aware it can be an issue under the right conditions.

Thanks everyone for the id. What would be the right conditions for it and if it starts taking over can I just rip of the bits I don’t want?

That’s what I did: rip it right off the rocks.
