should i put my endler in my pico? i think they can tolerate salt

In my experience, even if you slowly acclimate an endler over a month or more, they don't last long at all in full salt.  Best to keep your endlers out of the reef unless you're using them as some sort of feeder fish.

Also it's probably too small. Endlers need at least a 5-gallon tank if they're male, larger if they're female, as they're active. And you should really have more than one, as they're shoaling fish.

ok, i might do a baby gramma. they get pretty small and they are cave dwelling. when it grows i will have a 10 gal ready for it.

Unless you have the 10gal set up already, I wouldn't do that. Just get a fish that's appropriate for a pico. Trimma gobies are cute, as are clown gobies, or you could see if KP Aquatics has a roughhead blenny in stock. For the latter, make sure you have plenty of pods for it to snack on.
