okale
Hello Guys!, Couldn't resist buying a bubble coral.😋 Is this the right way to place the bubble coral in sand? I have attached a photo. Buying it for the first time. Not sure, how it should be placed in the sand. Quote Link to comment
Clown79
Ya, they like being in the sand without having their bubbles rubbing against rock 1 Quote Link to comment
mcarroll
How is your tank and tank-keeping in terms of being ready for stony coral? Quote Link to comment
okale
I test all parameters weekly. I do a 1.2 gallon change every week.(2 changes total). Ammonia, nitrate and nitrites are good. Just now, I tested my alkalinity and it has dropped from ~12 to ~9.5 - 10. But this can be possible because I switched from using Instant Ocean To Mix Of Both To Red Pro Coral Salt. My calcium levels are around ~440. Unfortunately I did not measure calcium levels correctly last time. I will test again and see what the levels are at the end of this week. Quote Link to comment

A.m.P
Also keep it very far away from other corals, bubbles are absurdly aggressive and have very long sweepers. Quote Link to comment
okale
Yes. Thanks. I have kept it at the back of my tank. Wont be growing any corals there. 1 Quote Link to comment
