wild australian acro ID help

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, am struggling to ID this wild piece; its smooth and pink colored with purple tips, and blue on the light facing side. It has tiny little lime green polyps that never seem to extend much.

Its encrusting ok, which is why I'm invested in it.

it also has long skinny branches ~ I've been looking through the corals of the world website and struggling a bit. Anyone seen anything like it?

It appears to be an Acropora Valida. If you're looking for the trade name, I don't know. It could be a Tricolor Valida or maybe a Bonsai Valida.
