The pet stores that also run large reefs seem to be owned and visited by regular men and women, and the reef-only stores by intense, somewhat vulgar guys. I don't think people are quite that straightforward, everyone's got a different reason for enjoying these little ecocubes. I'd bet there are some trends, but don't ask questions you don't want the answers to or something like that lol...
