Condensation on aio lid

I recently set up a Nuvo 8 that I had unused in storage for many years and (as I suppose I should have guessed) there is a ton of condensation on my glass lid. 

 

Has anyone found a solution to this other than removing the glass lid?

With glass lids you probably just have to get a maintenance schedule for how often you need to clean it in order to get light in your reef tank.  That would include removing the glass for cleaning.

I would either drill in a multitude of small holes, or raise one side ever so slightly so the condensation drips back into the tank

I like where you’re going with this idea of tilting the glass! I will give it a shot.
