I have had the supertwise 9w filter on my tank about 2 years (and yes, I need to replace the lamp).. but i have recently got a small amount of ich on a new fish. wondering what an ideal flow rate would be on this guy? I have mine very low.. ie around 70gph to maximize contact time. this is in a 75g tanks. Link to comment
