Can someone please identify these?

I have not seen them during the day. They come out at night when the lights are off. There has to be at least a dozen in my reef tank. What are they and should they be removed? Are they going to damage the anemones, inverts, fish or corals?

It’s hard to see much in the photos. Does it look like it has a tiny shell in the middle of its back?  Look up black limpet and see if it looks similar.
