Sexing a randall shrimp

So I'm planing a 40 gallon breeder reef how do you sex a randall shrimp? Is a 40 breed big enough for a shrimp pair? Or 2 of the same sex?

I have no idea how to sex them, but we had three living together in a rock, in a 17 gallon tank, before they became snacks for a polyclad.
