White growth on clownfish

Got my Clownfish delivered two days ago from LiveAquaria. They survived a shipping delay and were in their box for a little over 36 hours before I could start acclimating them. The Black Ice clown is doing great so far but the black one doesn't move around a whole lot and spends most of the day lying on the side of the rock just occasionally leaving to swim out around the tank for a minute before returning. As you can see in the picture he is missing part of all of his lower fins and his face is turning more and more white everyday. Water parameters are all normal.

 

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Looks like he has a bacterial infection. See Marine Fish Diseases and Treatment (humble.fish)
