The first one (black blob) looks like a sponge or tunicate to me. 

 

The second two look like aiptasia - you will want to get rid of those before they spread.

The anemones might be a little small to properly identify.  However, I don't believe they are aiptasia.  I wouldn't consider any of them pests, at least at this point, even if we can't currently distinctly identify them.

Agreed it doesn't have the same pointed skirt and it's a constant white which is not indicative of Aiptasia I don't think.

The center picture doesn’t look like the typical aiptasia that most of us have seen:

It looks more like the anemone that Pom Pom crabs use, perhaps a fallen Pom Pom!

The striped nems look like lightbulb anemones to me - had some on my rock from the gulf some months ago.  They grow fairly fast but don't split often, so while they aren't the prettiest and can sting things, I'm not sure they really count as pests.

These nems look very like warty anemones, but they don't have the warty texture to the foot like those anemones have.
