isaiahwittingslow
Update 14.06.21 Custom AIO Acrylic box arrived and has been silicone into the aquarium. Translucent blue film applied to the back glass - I really love the colour on this, not as stark as the white one that is popular 'Plumbing' has been done. Silicone hose was used for all connections. Water flow as follows; Filter media -> Skimmer -> Return pump -> Chiller -> Heater -> Glass lilypipe outflow (Waiting on the PETG Aquario Neo Flow to arrive) The plan is to do the transfer this coming weekend. Wish me luck! Time for some photos. The room I took these photos in doesn't have the best lighting, so please forgive me. Thanks for looking. Isaiah 2 2 Quote Link to comment

isaiahwittingslow
Update 24.06.21 All stock has been transferred from my existing tank. This was done on 19.06.21 Removed protein skimmer (not needed on a tank this small) Add 500ml Siporax to media chamber in the AIO compartment Stopped dosing Aquaforest -NP Pro Still using zeolite media 50ml Still dosing Aquaforest Bio S and Pro Bio S for now along with Amino Mix, Vitality, Energy and Build 2x a week (I plan to simplify this) The plan is to run Zeolite, Phosphate minus and carbon in a filter bag as the primary filtration along with 20% weekly water changes (10L) I'm occasionally running filter floss to polish the water Also, need to replace the Sicce 1.0 return as it is so loud! Now time for the good part! Photos! Isaiah 1 Quote Link to comment

isaiahwittingslow
Update 07.08.21 Unfortunately the tank took a turn for the worst. Due to a faulty heater the tanks temp dropped considerably a few days in a row and I lost most of my SPS. I was also tinkering a-lot with the system which was probably already stressing them out. I've always enjoyed the look of soft corals so I'm switching gears and going soft coral dominated. With the heater failure (inline heater) I also took the chiller off like and and now the tank is a-lot simpler and a true AIO. I'll add some fans in summer to combat the heat. Now for a couple of photos... Thanks for looking,Isaiah 4 Quote Link to comment
