You can probably drink a shot of it safely. The hydrogen peroxide is much stronger, it will kill almost anything on the frag. Perhaps the only exception would be eggs and cysts that have an extremely tough coating. You can find it at most pharmacies. Yes this is revive, it was sold to me as a coral dip. So 100% peroxide (3%), no water? Quote Link to comment
Kindanewtothis
Anyone can confirm? I put the frag directly in peroxide 3% and I do not dilute it? Quote Link to comment
seabass
I used to mix salt directly in 3% peroxide to use as a dip. I figured that the salt would lessen the chance of osmotic shock. I've heard that some people use half tank water and half peroxide. 1 Quote Link to comment

Kindanewtothis
Superglue question: can you use any superglue (for exemple krazy glue) or must you use "special" LFS glue for coral frags? Quote Link to comment
Kindanewtothis
Transfering the zoas. First dip: 50% peroxide 50% tank water 10 minutes Tons of flatworms died, there are now bubbles around the polyps. Found bubble algae on the base of the frag plug. Removed it in the proxide dip. Second dip: revive/tank water 15 minutes I bought glue that you can use to repair aquariums so I suppose it will do. Quote Link to comment

debbeach13
My favorite glue is super glue gel. It is a little thicker and to me easier to use. 3 Quote Link to comment

How did you get your phosphates up? I just measured my parameters and had Nitrate up to 10 with Phos stuck at 0 still. I've been feeding dried food to bump things up, but so far no Phos reading. When I had dinos, I dosed NeoPhost to get it up but now I have low nitrate but high phosphate so I don't want to change water to reduce it. Quote Link to comment

I Do frozen at night which bumped up nitrates I'm pretty sure. The pellets only 1 fish eats and the other eats flakes. Though I did see my Talbit nibbling on a flake for firs time this morning. Kindanewtothis
Sicce pump (4w) and tunze skimmer (2.5w) are pluged in the power pack. We will see how long it last in case of power loss. 1 Quote Link to comment

DevilDuck
Thats really good! I do see a DC out from your battery pack. Are the skimmer and circulation pump AC only? If one of them is DC then depending on the voltage you can probably plug it directly to that output and not incur the losses from the AC to DC conversion. I think most of these power pack output 12v DC. 2 Quote Link to comment

Kindanewtothis
Power is still not back. I'm worried. The lights closed around 15h, it's now 18h20 so about 3 hours left to the battery. The anemone is closed like it never was, I hope it doesn't move. We got 20 cm of snow and now it's raining 2 Quote Link to comment
