It'd be a lot more cost effective to culture your own. It's a fun little project. I could walk you through it if you are interested. Quote Link to comment

Try candy corals. It showed in stock. Its an awesome store. the owner is a highly respected person in the hobby. Buying from a store in Ontario will get to you faster than from BC. Kindanewtothis
So when I get the pods, I wait for the lights to be out, turn off the pomps, and just dump 48 oz in the tank? Quote Link to comment

Thats their instructions. I left all filtration and water movement off. I think it suggests an hr. Did you get phytoplankton? Because thats what feeds the pods. Quote Link to comment

One of the reasons I want captive bred versus ocean harvested is that they are not reliant on pods but eat prepared food as well without training. I'm being very selective when it comes to fish, thinking also a Coral Beauty but can't get over the feeling my tank is too small. 2 Quote Link to comment
