Urgent: What are these marks on my fish?

Hey, yesterday I noticed some strange white dots on one of my new blue damsel fish I got the day before from my LFS. I then noticed my six-line wrasse had what looked like flaky stuff on the lower side of its body.

 

I woke up this morning and my six-line is swimming vertically and struggling to do so. I’ve now noticed the same white flaky marks on my purple firefish.

 

What is going on and what’s the most effective way to deal with this to save my fish??

Damsel looks the worst from photos.  The others just look like some bruises to me, but it may be early stages of uronema.  Hard to tell.
