seven237
Being 95% sure my live sand was causing cloudiness in my 32 gallon Biocube, I did everything possible to remove it, Ph, Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite all perfect, changed water, using filter floss on top of the carbon filter, nothing worked. So I purchased a bag of Crushed Coral and spread it over the live sand. I removed the top layer of the sand first that had algae. Has anyone else had the same problem and or has put the crushed coral over live sand and if so, what were your results? Quote Link to comment
RoyalGramma001
If your tank is new with my knowledge of freshwater that is a sign that it is still cycling. How long have you had the sand in for Quote Link to comment

RoyalGramma001
Ok maybe an issue with the cycle what are the params looking like? When my tank almost crashed the water was all cloudy so I wouldn't freak out but just check the parameters Quote Link to comment
