It's just little over half at 14" and leaves room to grow up the rest of the tank.  Not sure might have mess around some more.

Finally got it glued together.  I did a video of the scape  so you can see the depth.

There is about 11 1/4"  to the top top of the tank from the tip of the rock.  Taking an inch or so for water level gives me about 10".  So should be plenty of room for hammer's or frog spawn.  Still trying to come up with some ideas for the sps  we have and where to put that.

I think we will fill in the gaps and do some cement work or more super glue. Seems to be holding pretty well though. We used the BRS large tube with the spray works pretty good. Would buy it again if I am ordering something.

Looks nice.............. what glue did you use ?

I really like the emarco cement it works really well...........

BRS super glue.  I only used it in few spots and it's doing good but I want to follow up with something more permanent.  I will have to look at that stuff you suggested.  I don't want to buy a ton as l don't think I need that much to finish it up.   Looked at jb- wet and some hydrologic cement too.  I'm open to some inexpensive options.😁

the JB stuff is the cheapest option.............. I use it at times and its reef safe.

So if I was to do it again I would have got 4 or five sticks.  Total for 3 was $13 shipped to my door from Amazon.

We will not see the backside, but it's not going anywhere.

Also filled in the gap with smaller rubble. One other thing lightly have your fingers wet when mixing and application. It's easier and a lot cleaner.

Still trying to figure out where to put the heaters. I think so far going to go with two 150w Jagers in the over flow with an Inkbird.  If anyone has any other suggestions post up.  Going to focus on the plumbing now and need to order some bulkheads and a gate valve.  Not sure on pipe size yet.  Thinking 1" out from the pump.     I am trying to figure out a way to make water changes easy. Open for suggestions on the inexpensive side.  Maybe something with the plumbing going in.  All for now.

Trying to find a tub to start the rock up and cycling.  Ordered a bulk head and then thinking of putting a drain valve on the main drain. Pull the drain and empty the overflow into a bucket.  Thinking 3 way valve. All for now.

Been busy with other projects. The Maxspec Razor is up for sale, just like the AI Hydra lights too much.  Still coming back to drilling the back wall for return like @spectra suggested.  The 20 L is filling up need to get moving on this.

Finally got a tub for the rock.  Going to fill it up seed it with two Marine pure bioballs  and some old tank change out water.  With out going all out it should be fine with heater and power head. Thinking about six weeks or so. Am I on the right track?

Too late son was changing out the water on the 20l and dumped a gollon of tank water in the bucket.  He says it smells bad already.  Going to let it stew for couple weeks at 83F and check it.  Need to get moving and I am picking up an older mp10 for $30.  If it works out try and find another used one.

Don't forget about your buddy that has aquarium parts and no running tanks. Water change station, nanobox leds, mp10s...

Got a mp10 for $30? LoL.   I also have a Razor that no one seems to want. I think it might be out dated.  I also suggest a 10 cube or a 2 gallon jar.

So the cube plumbing is done.  It's very finicky though and if the flow is not perfect it starts pumping the overflow. I got it adjusted but I think I might have it setup wrong.

60 cube running.

If the water level drops at all it starts making lots of noise if the level drops below the top of the piping.

Overflow level

When I turn off the pump to feed mode it doesn't overflow so that's good. I think I just have to make sure the skimmer is off.

Here is the toilet flush. This happens when the valve on the drain is all the way open.

Toilet flush!

So for the heating was going to go with two 150w  Jager with a Runco but now second guessing myself.  Would two 125w Jager be better?  Sump is about 9- 10 gallons so total 70 gallons not including rock etc.    Suggestions?

Welp did some painting on the sump and used Krylon fusion gloss white. This stuff is great!

Also started painting the tank, silicone gave me some problems might need another coat. Don't want to see the overflow, because if the water is low you will definitely hear it.

Still have not ordered the heaters and sand.

So did not want the clear silicone standing out on the back drop.  I had some black left so I tapped it and went over it.

Next up is to paint the stand. The rock is cycling probably throw some jump start in the tub.
