rough eye
it's been exactly one month since i got the blenny. He was active and eating from the beginning and has been all along. he munches quite a lot on the hair algae and always pecking on rocks, as well as cleaning out his corner where there's a shell he likes to curl up in. gets along well with the O. clown and is generally a little weirdo. anyway, I noticed him trying to bite his tail a few times today and wonder if that's cause for concern. Since he's been in the tank i have added a turbo snail and emerald crab (on the 5th and 12th, respectively) but didn't add the water they came into the tank, so not sure how anything could have been introduced into the tank unless it was via food (rods frozen, strips of nori, hikari s pellet and p.e. frozen mysis). seabass
Sounds like you are concerned about a possible parasite. Watch for visible signs, but maybe it's just an unusual behavior. Any video? 2 1 Quote Link to comment
