bought it from NYAquatics but I know they will make it right as well. I have emailed them to see if the package was indeed picked up or not waiting on reply.

Oh, that’s right! I forgot about that. Yea, no worries. Such a cool little fish. I hope he makes it!

Well some good news is the fish hasn’t shipped or left the store yet from what I can tell. Never got a response via email but FedEx still just shows label created not scan of the package. On a other note I have finally been able to raise Nitrates to 10 and phosphates to .021. That made me happy for the most part.

Then I found these little things had to go old school wetwebmedia to find it. They are a  hydrozoans sp. according to Bob Fenner they make their way out of a system on their own. Keeping fingers crossed.

I had some of those too in the past. They do go away eventually. They grow quick too!

How long did they last? Hope not to long small little patch right now just don’t want them getting out of control.

They lasted about 3-4 months. You can pull them off, but they’ll grow back. Just concentrate on keeping params stable with your testing trends and they should eventually die off. I used to have them on some of my zoa frags.

Two new heads forming on the Bowerbanki.

also does it look like these Zoa’s are stretching? They are 3.5” below the water and the light is 8 inches above the waterline. And this is the light intensity that I have my 16HD at right now.

Nice man! Those tentacles on the bowerbanki are definitely stretching haha. As far as your zoas, they look like they’re stretching some, but I wouldn’t worry about it. Some have longer stalks than others. Even without stretching.

They extend all the time now that I feed it once a week with some reef roids. Once the goby comes in I hope to not have to feed to much reef roids as it does play havoc on my algae bloom.

Yea, feed those super sparingly. I don’t even use them unless my phosphates read zero. If you’re putting a small pinch, when you’re ready to put in the tank, only put half of what you were going to put. Helps me not to overfeed.

Ordered the kraken lid today as well. Will figure out something else in the mean time to keep goby from jumping out.

Cool man. Did you get the optional UV feed cup? I didn’t get it because I felt like the tank is too small, but I almost wish I did.  They look rad!

Well snap Wednesday has come and gone now and no new shipping information on my fish. Going to give it until tomorrow and see what happens. At this rate my Kracken lid will be here before my goby.
On another note PO4 got a little high .09 and NO3 is 5. Haven’t fed roids in a week.  Going to stop at LFS tomorrow afternoon and see if they have any chemipure nano packs to help bring it down an little before fish gets here.

WTH!? Hoping it’s worth it. I know you probably feel like cancelling. Can’t say I blame you. Good idea with the chemipure nanos. Works great.

I do feel like canceling. Read some reviews guy ordered in March didn’t get order until last park of April. The waiting gives me more time for the lid to come in and not have to make a temporary one.

Hey, sorry man. I almost feel responsible. They must have some other stuff going on. I’d stay on them like flies on $&@!!
