which flow looks better for this frogspawn?

So I've been trying to decide which flow this frogspawn prefers, so far i can't tell so i'm hoping someone here has a better eye than me. First one is with just the HOB filter on. The second one is with the HOB filter and the wavemaker together (already at min random power). It doesn't seem to retract with the wavemaker but it looks like it's getting tossed around a little much right?

The second does seem a bit much.  How long have you kept them at each and do you notice if IT likes or dislikes more or less flow?

i like the way it sways in the first one more, but even with the second with higher flow which looks abusive, the FS doesn't really retract it's tentacles

I think the first one looks good.

the second looks a little excessive to me as well. First one looks good.

First one for me. Feels like you could find a balance between the two though.
