ajmckay Posted February 12, 2021 Share Posted February 12, 2021 One way to tell is the smell - if it smells like vinegar (acetic acid cure) then it should be safe. If it smells more sweet then it's not safe. At least that's how I've gauged it. 2 Quote Link to comment
