Hello,

I hope everyone is well. Recently I have noticed that the nanobox mini the royal blue Chanel doesn’t follow the program and cannot be lowered. The royal blue is on 100% and commit be changed manually or with the mixed reef preset. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?  Thanks for the time.

I may have fixed it. Setting up a new profile may have done the trick. Just passing it along as bluefish support might be weird right now and the I know Dave from nanobox is taking some time.

best.

A few guesses...

A loose wire on the circuit board.  Did you move the light fixture or driver box recently?  A loose dimming wire might cause a channel to stick at 100%.

The bluefish card needs to be reset. You may need to eject the card then push it back in. I usually do this the the light turned off.

hopefully one of these helps.
