ReefTankForMe Posted January 17 After almost 9 years with an 8 gallon tank that went downhill in the last year, decided it was time for an upgrade. - 20 gallon innovative marine peninsula - stock pump and filtration - finnex 100w Heater with an inkbird - 20 pounds Fiji pink live sand (new, well rinsed in RO) -current USA orbit IC. - one clown I have had since the start of the last tank - rocks and coral from a local reefer shutting down a tank. I was able to use a backup tank hold the rock and livestock until the new tank was ready. So far no cycle, tested on day 2 after the transfer and then again 1 week later and all zeros on ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and everything looks happy. i am considering trying to get some more rock, for filtration purposes as I would like to add another fish in a month or so, then some more soft corals and LPS open to any comments or suggestions. thanks for looking. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
